James Robert Frederick Stunt (born 21 January ) is a British entrepreneur and a very-high-net-worth individual (VHNW)[1][2][3] whose business interests include precious metals, mining and shipping as well as dealing in fine art and fine wine.[1][4]

He was educated at Bradfield College (to which he makes endowments for academic scholarships and has also made donations for renovations) and Mander Portman Woodward[6][7], before graduating from the European Business School London in Regent’s Park.[1]

Stunt started his business career investing in the oil and transcontinental shipping industries (particularly in cargo vessels), before diversifying his investments into gaming, property and mining industries.[1][5][6]

Currently, Stunt is Chairman and CEO of precious metals business, Stunt & Co.

Interests

Stunt is a leading art collector[1][4][2][9] with a varied and valuable collection[10][11], including Old Master works by Van Dyck[4][12], Sir Peter Lely portraits[11][13], Rembrandt and Picasso.[4][14]
